Returns are available for a variety of our products. If the product is a consumable such as a battery or bulb, they are ineligible for returns. Your purchase history page displays the latest eligible date for a return or replacement, however, we recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 14 days after purchase.
Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not us directly aren’t eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, unused and undamaged. On a successful return, a credit note will be issued to you for the value of the goods minus any incurred costs.

Returning items purchased online
Items sold and shipped by us can be returned or replaced, when available, by courier within 14 days of invoice date. Any shipping and handling costs incurred will be deducted from your credit note.
In store purchases
You’re able to return or replace items purchased in store within 14 days of receipt. On a successful return, a credit note will be issued to you for the value of the goods minus any incurred costs.
Damaged or defective items
An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of return.
- Has markings, dirt or scratches.
- Has one or more parts of accessories missing.
- Does not match with what was ordered.
